Creating SDHs has been a passion of Hillbrook for years and we see tremendous opportunity in creating safe and accessible homes for our diversely-abled community. Alongside the NDIS we work with an extensive range of specialized careers, occupational therapists, SDA and SIL providers to ensure that everybody has equal access to a comfortable place to live.
